Graco strollers have been recalled due to several incidents in which children have lost their fingertips. Graco issued the recall in conjunction with the Consumer Products Safety Commission after receiving reports of seven children suffering lacerations to their fingers. The accidents happened when the children's fingers got caught in the canopy of the stroller as it was being opened or closed. Five of the children had their fingertips severed, while two others suffered deep cuts. The recall includes Graco's Passage, Alano and Spree Strollers sold between October 2004 and December 2009.
