Drunk Driver Charged in Death of 17-Year-Old Passenger

An alleged drunk driver has been charged with manslaughter involving an accident on the Eastex Freeway Sunday afternoon. The driver of a Ford F-150 pickup truck hit a center concrete divider and lost control of the vehicle.
